Default Board - Transferred In - People`s Merchant Finance (PMB) & East West Properties (EAST) will be transferred to the Default Board with effect from 12-June-2015 due to Non-Submission of Interim Financial statements for the period ended 31-03-2015.

The above Companies will be transferred to the Default Board with effect from 12-
June-2015 due to Non-Submission of Interim Financial statements for the period
ended 31-03-2015.

Singer Finance – Debenture Issue of LKR 1.5bn:
The issue of rated, senior, secured, redeemable debentures for the value of LKR 1.5bn has been oversubscribed. Therefore, the issue closed yesterday (11th June 2015) as per the prospectus.

EAP Broadcasting Company Limited – Debenture Issue 2015:
Company has taken to obtain another rating as directed therein, for the proposed
debenture issue. The postponed debenture issue that was scheduled to be opened on 11th June 2015 has been postponed, until another rating is obtained.

York Arcade Holdings – First & Final Dividend of LKR 0.20 per share:
XD – 27th July 2015
Payment date – 05th Aug 2015

Commercial Credit & Finance – Final Dividend of LKR 1.00 per share:
XD – 14th July 2015
Payment date – 21st July 2015
