Asian Alliance Insurance – Sub-division of ordinary shares:
Board of directors of AAIC have resolved subject to shareholder approval at a general
meeting and any other regulatory approvals to sub-divide its ordinary shares in the
ratio of 01 existing ordinary share into 10 sub-divided ordinary shares. Subsequently,
37.5mn existing ordinary shares will be sub-divided into 375mn new ordinary shares.
