Watawala Plantation – Dr.T.Senthilverl increased shareholding to 10%:
Dr. T. Senthilverl has purchased 457,301 shares of WATA on 09th June 2015 and reached a holding of 23,788,134 shares of the company. Following to the transaction,
Dr.T.Senthilverl’s current holding of issued shares of WATA increased to 10.05%.

Union Assurance – Dates of repurchase of shares:
Entitlement date – As at close of trading on the 02nd July 2015.
Offer open date – 14th July 2015
Offer close date – 28th July 2015
