Proportion in which the shares to be issued – 01 share for every 02 existing shares held Consideration for which the share are to be issued – LKR 1.00
Specific reserves to be capitalized – Retained earnings

Commercial Leasing & Finance – Debenture Issue 2015:
Company has received applications over 50mn debentures for the above debenture
issue and accordingly issue has been oversubscribed. Therefore, issue closed on 14th July 2015 as per the prospectus.
