Earnings Insight- Quarterly Sector Update (Period Ending 30th June 2015)

June quarter saw a 10.43% boost in bottom line on the apparent increased consumption on fiscal expansions proposed by interim budget in January and private sector credit growth. This also led earnings contribution from BFI and BFT sectors to increase on YOY basis. Diversified sector earnings contribution declined slightly by 1% mainly on the back of declined earnings of SPEN and TAP while reduction in energy related cost assisted MFG sector to contribute a higher share of earnings.
