Valuation of REEF Group

REEF was closed for construction and refurbishment till 27 Dec. 2012 in last year. Hotel was in operation only for the last quarter of 2011/12. CITK and CITW both are still under construction.

So this valuation is based on Price to book value method as earnings based valuations are not appropriate.
