Incorporated in 2003, is the holding company of Expolanka Group. The group has diversified interests in transportation, international trading, manufacturing and strategic investments. At present Expolanka Holdings (EHL) is present in over 11 countries through its subsidiaries and associates with a total asset base exceeding SLRs.13bn.

Several of group’s transportation sector companies are leading players in the transportation sector in Sri Lanka as well as in the Indian Sub‐continent. The group has also established an extensive network of offices across Asian, Middle Eastern and Sub‐Saharan regions. EHL also has a strong presence in the travels and tours business with many partnered airlines. Group has an established destination management company which will benefit from the increased numbers of tourist arrivals to the country. In international trading sector, EHL has been a leading exporter of fresh produce for a number of years and has successfully ventured in to tea trading and agro processing. In the manufacturing sector EHL is one of largest processors and manufacturers of black seed based products in the world. Group’s subsidiary Neptune Papers (Pvt) Ltd. has a 19% market share in waste paper export for recycling in Sri Lanka.
