Focus: Bourse continued the negative sentiment as ASPI weakened marginally by 2.27 points while S&P SL20 recorded a decline of 12.55 points. TJL topped the turnover list while contributing LKR 32.1 Mn to the turnover and closing the price at LKR 29.90 with a gain of 1.70%. Retail investor interest was witnessed in DPL, LFIN and NTB with prices appreciated by 6.67%, 3.06% and 0.1% respectively. Foreign investors closed the day as net buyers recording a net foreign inflow of LKR 29 Mn with today's net foreign buying mainly seen in TJL, DPL and LFIN..

§ Bank Finance & Insurance sector contributed mostly to the market turnover while the sector index was down by 0.16%.

§ Foreign investors were in a buying sentiment, while the net foreign inflows amounted to LKR 29 Mn.
