LOLC Securities Market Watch: Daily 03 June 2015

Focus: Indices continued losses due to negative price movements in index heavy
counters such as COMB, SLTL and LOLC. However turnover reported at LKR 958 Mn,
improved compared with the previous trading day owing to retail investor activity in
the market. COMB, highest contributor to the turnover recorded a crossings at LKR 160
with price closed at LKR 160.40 with a decline of 1.47%. Retail investor interest was
witnessed in ACL, EMER and SDB with prices appreciated by 3.89%,9.09% and 1.16%
to close at LKR 93.40, LKR 13.20 and LKR 140.10. STAF announced to amalgamate
Miami Beach Hotels Limited, a fully owned subsidiary with STAF, which shall continue
as Dolphin Hotels PLC .

§ Bank Finance & Insurance sector contributed mostly to the market turnover while the sector index was down by 1.34%.

§ Foreign investors were in a selling sentiment, while the net foreign outflows amounted to LKR 73 Mn.
